Polka-Dots is allergen-friendly, comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home & is conscious of other allergies such as latex; there are many games and activities to choose from if balloons need to be avoided.
Polka-Dots is a mother herself of 2 small "clowns", and is an advocate of the beliefs and values of D.A.R.E., MADD, and SADD
